Abstract: Now 1D nanomaterials and 2D layered materials are so popular, because they possess unique properties used in electronics and spintronics. This talk introduces 1D metal-oxide nanostructures and their applications in electrochromic devices and supercapacitors. The synthesis of ferromagnetic 2D layers and exfoliation of monolayers and moire-pattern bilayers are also introduced. The ferromagnetic 2D layers have a perfect crystal field and a symmetric ligand field, which can be applied in spintronics and quantum computers.
一維奈米材料與二維層狀材料均為熱門材料,因它們有許多獨特之特性,可應用各式電子元件、自旋電子元件等。此演講將介紹一維氧化物奈米材料,應用於電致變色、與超級電容器等。與介紹鐵磁性二維層狀材料製作、與撕撥至單層或莫瑞紋雙層之技術,其完美晶體場、對稱配位場晶體等特性,可幫助自旋電子元件、或量子電腦應用。
