Subject: Dorm emptying and relocation plan announcement for the B12 Dormitory, B13 1F Dormitory and Man of International Dormitory in 2022 academic year (after September).
Contents:
  1. The Hsi Wang Dormitory (BM) area of building A is scheduled to be completed before August 5, 2022. After the completion, the B12 Dormitory, B13 1F Dormitory and Male of International Dormitory will need to be relocated to Hsi Wang Dormitory (BM) or B5.
  2. Fee of dormitory in 2022 academic year.

Effective immediately until May 2(Mon.), 2022 2022 academic year accommodation willingness questionnaire.

  2. Dormitory arrangement ：According to the volunteer order filled in by students. Those who wish to register more than the number of beds in the dormitory will be drawn by this group. Those who are not selected will be arranged in second order, and so on.
  3. For those who do not stay in the 2022 academic year, they must submit the Affidavit for Giving up the Dormitory before July 31, 2022.
May 13(Fri.), 2022 Announcing the Dormitory for the 2022 academic year.
May 16(Mon.) 09:00~ May 30(Mon.) 17:00, 2022 Group room
  1. At least two people are required for a group, filled in the application form and bring it to the Student Housing Service Division for processing.
  2. You don’t have a group the room, it will be arranged room randomly according to the dormitory.
  3. Students didn’t group room:
June 15(Wed.), 2022 Announcing the Dormitory beds for the 2022 academic year.

June 16(Thu.) 09:00~ June 30(Thu.) 17:00, 2022 Applying for bed exchange in the Hsi Wang Dorm and B5 for the 2022 academic year.
  1. Fill out the Bed Exchange Application Form to the Dormitory Service Center to perform the bed exchanging procedure.

  3. Change to empty bed
  4. Transfer to an empty room (Group up to 2 students)
Sept. 1 (Thu.) 09:00 ~ Sept. 4(Sun.) 17:00, 2022 Moving to Hsi Wang Dorm and B5.
  1. Get key: Please go to the North communication desk (BM 1st floor).
  2. Return key and cleaning check: If you live in B12, please go to the North communication desk (B9 1st floor). If you live in B13, please go to the South communication desk (B5 1st floor). If you live in international dormitory, please go to the east communication desk (G14 1st floor).
  3. The relocation must be completed before 5 p.m. on September 4 ,2022.
  1. Others
(1) Some beds in Hsi Wang Dormitory (BM) will be adjusted to female postgraduate dormitory, but it has not been completed yet, and the follow-up related information will be announced until further notice.
(2) B12 and B13 first floor will be adjusted to the male dormitory of the university department; the man area of the international school will be adjusted to the female dormitory of the university department.
(3) If you want to move outside in the 2022 academic year, you can go to the renting service website. (https://house.nfu.edu.tw/NCU).
