Announcement for Full-Time Faculty Recruitment
The Department of Business Administration at National Central University is dedicated to nurturing talent with the mission of "Global Vision, Local Concern." To continuously advance in six key areas, we sincerely invite outstanding professionals from both domestic and international backgrounds to apply for faculty positions in relevant fields.
1. Areas of Expertise: Marketing Management (marketing technology, MarTech, preferable), Big Data and Intelligent Enterprises, Technology and Operations Management, Strategic Management.
(Please select your desired area of expertise on the "Basic Information Form"—multiple selections are allowed.)
Candidates applying for the Technology Management group with expertise in "Technology Management, Industrial Management, or Industrial Economics" will be given priority consideration.
2. Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in a relevant field from a domestic or international institution.
3. Openings: Several positions for full-time Assistant Professors (or higher).
4. Teaching Ability Requirement: Candidates must have the ability to teach in English (the university requires new faculty to teach at least 2 credits in English each academic year).
5. Starting Date: August 2025 or February 2026 (subject to the hiring process).
6. Required Application Materials:

1. Basic Information Form (download from the relevant attachment below).
2. Personal resume and publication list (including educational background, academic expertise, research interests, subjects you can teach, research achievements, awards, etc.).
3. Copy of Ph.D. diploma or provisional diploma issued by the institution [for candidates with foreign degrees, verification from the relevant overseas office of Taiwan is required].
4. Copy of Ph.D. transcripts [for candidates with foreign degrees, verification from the relevant overseas office of Taiwan is required].
5. Immigration records into Taiwan during study periods (required for candidates with non-Taiwanese degrees).
6. Teaching certificate of equivalent level (not required for those who have not yet obtained a teaching certificate).
7. Two letters of recommendation.
8. Academic publications, please provide up to 5 selected works (double-sided printing, with colored paper between each work).
9. Other materials beneficial for review.
