Promising the Future of Quantum Computing: NCU Faculty’s Accomplishment in Quantum Photonic Chips Leads to a Publication in Science
An international team of researchers from National Central University (NCU), the Australian National University (ANU), and Oak Ridge National Laboratory of the United States collaboratively built the first quantum system capable of efficient transmission and detection of information encoded in quantum light using a novel metasurface camera lens.

The Pride of Taiwan Shining at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics: Taiwan Experimental Atmospheric Mobile Radar (TEAM-R) of NCU
The Radar Meteorology Laboratory under the Department of Atmospheric Sciences (DAS) at National Central University (NCU), for its research excellence, was invited by Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) to join the observation experiment held during the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Game. The experiment was an international and large-scale observation experiment supported by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). NCU research crew was the only team from the subtropical region, being worthy of the pride of Taiwan.
